New here so please forgive. I did try the Search function. Is there an ongoing list of parts that are shared between all the generations of SuperSports (750, 900 and 1100)? Or perhaps a link to a parts supplier site that will cross-reference part numbers? Eg. The 1100F signal light stalks are same as CB1000 from 1995. Surely items like calipers, mirrors, grips, seats, levers are shared between models and years.

If not, I'm looking for factory mirrors for my 1100F. Lots of mirrors will fit, prefer Honda. Did the Magnas, Sabres, Interceptors use the same ones?

1100F mirrors in good shape are pretty much unobtainium. They were originally 'black chromed' and didn't wear well. Some folks have had theirs powder coated in high gloss black which looks pretty good while not exactly 'black chrome'.

To find cross reference parts - go to Partzilla.com and look up the part your interested in, click on the number in the parts listing and the detailed part page will display a listing of all models that use the same part. Not a 100% solution for Canadian 1100F bikes as the Partzilla site shows American model parts but it covers 95% of the parts the two models share.

PS: Calipers are the same between some models but not all (early 750's definitely different - but may still be interchangeable). Grips are probably the same, seats are not (because of cover pattern and strapping - or lack of) although they are interchangeable between models. Levers are probably the same.

Welcome to the site. IIRC, the signal lites and brake rotors (front at least) from the early ST1100 sport touring model were same or interchangeable w/CB1100F. Good Luck, Ed.

Many of the parts are interchangeable between the three models, but even though they might fit, they aren't always going to be correct. The alternator and timing covers on the 1100F are a good example. They'll fit the 750F and 900F and vice versa, but they aren't correct. Believe it or not, the clutch lever is different on the 1100F. The little bump the depresses the neutral switch is different - I forget if it sticks out farther or what, but the wrong one won't work with the 1100F clutch perch and neutral switch.

The 1100F black chrome mirrors were only used on the 1100F. The mirror stems and bodies are shared with some other bikes, but were chrome plated instead. So if you find a nice set of chrome mirrors, they can be disassembled, media blasted, and powder coated to look *almost* stock.
