A Big Thanks

Since this is a time for Thanksgiving, I just want to throw out a big thanks to all who participate in this great site. People like CB1100F,Sonicrete, PETRAT, Tattoo, AlaskaGriz, genesound, mike dixon and many many others that I don't have time to mention, have helped me out big time in the last few weeks(and they didn't even know it). I had been eyeballing a 750f for a couple weeks and found this site while looking up information on the bike. By doing alot of research using the "search" button, I found an incredible wealth of knowledge that you all have been willing to share.Thanks for all the guys who answer newbie questions over and over and over and over again (sonicrete), it makes the searching a little easier. Laughing

I decided that the bike was worth the money the guy was asking for so I bought it, put a new rear tire and stock airbox on it. It ran pretty good for a week or so, then the battery kept dying... so again I used the search option and found even more information on the charging system issues and after a rotor and R/R the bike is back up to par and running great. Without this site I would be knee deep in 750f parts and still not know what was wrong.

I am starting this thread for any and all to say thanks to other members(or the site owner) for the help that they have been. Also, why not donate a little something to help pay for the costs of upkeep. Even if you donate just a dollar everytime this site helps get your bike going again, it is ALOT cheaper than paying the $68 an hour labor charge at the local Honda Shop, and the information on this site is much more detailed than any manual in most cases, IMHO.

Me too. Thanks for the help this summer, I would still be fumling around, and would have spent much more money without you guys.

Gave me the confidence to get my 900F resurrection project.

I, too, discovered this place almost by accident. Hell, I didn't even know that Honda had made a 900--I saw the bike for sale in a yard, thought it was a 750 or some such!
I echo the thanks to the knowledgable--y'all have helped a lot. TB
