These are pictures of the articles CliffieC and I have been trying to post in the Technical Documents / Articles section. I scanned them into single PDF's, but I couldn't upload PDF's to the site or even post into the Tech Docs/Articles section. I emailed them to CliffieC, but I guess the clarity/definition got lost in the emails/posting. So I took pictures of the articles and here they are. This one is the Cycle World September 1981 issue with the CB750F versus the other 750's (Yamaha 750 Seca / Suzuki GS750EX / Kawasaki KZ750). I found these magazines at a swap meet Doc Olds and I were at last weekend and scooped them up. Ahhhh. Nice memories. Hope you enjoy!

Steve

The conclusion of the article kinda bent over backward to keep all the manufacturers giving them bikes to test Laughing

But it seemed as though they liked the KZ the best and just didn’t wanna say it Laughing

Very interesting though. I just read the conclusion and looked at the pics of course. I like lots of pics Laughing

I had a red 1981 GS750 bought new in 1982. My friend hated that bike because it was faster than his Z1. Like all my bikes I still regret selling it. Thx for sharing the article.

Thanks for posting that up Steve, I'm sure I had that copy waaay back then! In 1978, I bought a new KZ650, It was a nice smooth bike, but didn't corner that well. I did zero mods on the bike. I only had that bike for 2 years. After having a tangle with a car, I went out and bought my new 1980 CB750F (black) I loved that bike, it just felt better on the road than the KZ.

Cheers!
Chris

I sent them to Glenn, and asked him to upload the pdf, but he's having internet issues, I expect he'll get them up when he can.

Thanks Rick! I just had time to take the pics. You know being retired and all. Lol.
