Need Assistance in Identifying Some Parts

I need some help identifying some parts I just acquired with a 900F I bought. It came with a disassembled 1100F motor and jugs, no head, and a lot of parts labeled CB1100F which I haven't unpacked just yet.
Where I need help is identifying two cranks/ pair of camshafts/ and an exhaust system on the 900F.
The exhaust is very tight fitting on the 900F and is rubbing the frame in several locations. The #1 runner traverses the oil sump which I haven't seen before. There appears to be enough room to remove the oil filter without dropping the exhaust. The Yoshimura slip-on appears to be someones attempt to add on based on the welds aft of the header on the slip joint. It too is rubbing excessively into the rear shock reservoir.
Any input is appreciated, I am not familiar with motor internals so I am not familiar with their identifying marks.

Can't help you with the cams but pretty sure the headers are MAC.

MG5 cams are 1100F
MA3 rods are 1100F
438 rods are 900

Thanks hondaron! There was a grab bag of parts in here including 750 stuff so I was trying to figure out what is what.

Knowing how Honda identifies it's parts will help you in the future. When you're looking for parts on Partzilla or any other online parts supplier:

The first 5 numbers tell you what part it is. (17500 is a fuel tank)

The second set of 3 tell you what bike it was first used on (IE: 422 = first year CBX, 425 = CB750F, 438 = CB900F, MG5 = CB1100F, 300 = the first CB750 (1969), etc.......) So, you might find a CBX part used on all the F bikes (gas cap latch) or the gas tank front rubber cushions were first used on the 750F. The smaller the number, the older it is. The CA100 from the early '60's has a middle number 001.

The last set of 3 numbers reflect, product changes, color, vendor or any other variable.

Nuts and bolts are generic and have their own 12 number sequence. The first 5 designate what it is, the second 5 USUALLY is for length/size and the last 2 will tell you material (steel, brass, stainless) and color (chrome, zinc white, zinc yellow, black).

So, on many parts, Honda puts the bike "code" on the part somewhere. But not always.
