Hey everyone,
Ok, I got shipping quotes for everyone who has reached out to me. I will be emailing everyone one by one right now, but if I haven't asked or you beat me to it, please make sure I have your phone number as well. I got quotes for FedEx , UPS, USPS, DHL. The winner is Fedex by a lot.
My friends account is helping a lot! When I tried to setup shipping through fedex and ups with my personal account, shipping was over $100 sometimes to get to the east coast. I got most everyone to be lower than that. Except Simon (cb900) Sorry buddy! Scotland is too far away!
I'm requesting insurance for the full amount (which only adds a few bucks) and either indirect signature or adult signature (commercial address) If you guys want something specific like adult only, please let me know other wise one of these 2 will be chosen for signature.
That's about it. All emails sent!
Chris

I made a mistake, I thought they had FedEx come in on sat to pick up shipments, but it's actually today. Sorry!
I have everyone's tracking # and I will emailing everyone right now. I took a pic of the label on the box and will forward that to you in the email.
Thanks everyone.
Chris
Edit: All emails sent w/ label picture.

Quick reminder for the guys who are about to receive their exhausts.
You'll need your own exhaust gaskets, I have provided everything else except for that.
For the springs, please take off the rubber yoshimura cover, I don't want it to get hot and melt. I left it on cause I thought it was a cool keepsake.
I had 1,2,3,4 stickers made, but they didn't' arrive in time so I'm working on a PDF/picture guide to help with knowing what header is what.

Mine is in Illinois, arriving on Friday. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas...

I'm just as excited to hear everyone's thoughts as I am nervous. It feels like I shipped off my first born for others to review.

Whipped up a Non-Accurate drawing in CAD, just to help decipher which header is which. I feel really bad about them not being labeled, I just didn't' want to postpone shipping again for something so small. The trick is figuring out where the spring tabs are in relation to you and the bike, my video goes over that as well.
When you have the box open, split the headers into 2 piles, 1 pile of U-Bends (#3/4) and 1 pile of S-bends (#1-2). Then look at the spring tabs to figure out the rest.
Header #1 and #3, their tabs face the left side(shifter) of the bike,
Header #2 and #4, their tabs face the right side (Brake) of the bike

Some exhausts have been delivered and most will be tomorrow and sat!
If I could ask everyone for a favor, and to post an honest review of your first impressions, pics on the bike, sound clips...Anything!
I plan on marketing the exhaust outside the forum and would like to direct ppl here for reviews and pics!
Looking forward to seeing these out in the real world!

One suggestion to Chris's installation video, if you mark the header down tubes with the depth they need to be seated in the collector with a piece of tape or marker, it gives you the confidence that everything is ligning up as you fit the collector.

Theoretically - the geometry for a CBX would be close to the hree cylinders on one side of a CB750 just offset a bit
Has there been any discussion of a six set?

I was away from 4/14-4/21, so I had Chris ship my exhaust later than everyone else's. FedEx delivered it last Friday night at 9:30PM (wow!) and I had the box open 5 minutes later. His packing job was excellent - double boxed, with the individual components plastic and foam wrapped with plenty of wadding in between to keep things tight. I took the can and collector out for a quick look and almost drooled on them. Just beautiful! I can't wait to install, but for now the box will be stashed away until my build is done and ready for it.
Hopefully someone here will have theirs installed soon on an 1100F so that we can hear how it sounds. I suspect it will be a "bit" loud.

I was supposed to be at a rally last weekend, but a man power problem where I work meant I had to ship out for Europe on Sunday instead.
I asked Chris to send mine today, for arrival whilst I'm in the UK, hopefully next weekend.
I'm anticipating being able to be posting It's Here in the very near future

Mine is here, too, perfectly packaged and sitting in the basement. I'll start the motor for the build this weekend, and hopefully it will go smoothly, and then get installed in the frame. The bike is going to be very nice, if I do say so myself.

Glad to hear they are arriving safe and sound. I was stressing a bit, but I think I went slightly overboard on the packaging. I had the international guys in mind so I wanted to be extra cautious with everything.
Can't thank everyone who has purchased one and choose to support this 2 year adventure. I dunno who's crazier me or you for sticking it through.
I'm in the middle of setting up a web page and i'll begin my marketing campaign outside of the forum so the price for the exhaust will now be $1200. I set the price point to compete with the exhaust systems on webike. I'm also trying to get my exhaust in webike so fingers crossed. I threw a few feelers out there in Japan so hopefully get at least 1 over there and on a bike!
For those who have gotten it, I know a lot of you are still waiting to put the exhaust on, so when that day comes, please don't hesitate to email me @ cleeguy@gmail.com if there are any questions. I'll be sure to do whatever I can to help out.
Chris

Got my first set of pics from a customer!
Ronnie sent me these and I was so fucking stoked!
Edit: added some closer shots of the headers, Thanks Ronnie!

It looks great, Chris.
An on-board video running up and down through the gears is a must.

It's here! and looks fantastic
Install to occur in the fairly near future, but not until after the bikes annual MOT Test. That muffler doesn't look like it'll 'muffle' enough

Still loving the way this exhaust looks, performs, and sounds!!!
I've put over 4000 miles on my 900F since I installed it
Janet has a habit of coming over the Senna intercom as we are fixing to accelerate after turning off one road from another and of course about that time she says all she hears is Brap, brap, brap !!!
Thanks Chris

Any chance of a video clip of you running up and down through the gears?
Maybe even from the other bike.
A lot of us would like to hear that brap.

I'll be happy to get a video clip of my exhaust, but the one I just installed is a Hindle. My Yosh replica isn't getting installed until I finish Resto-Mod II.

Just a heads up to those who have purchased or plan on purchasing my exhaust.
A fellow CB-Fer who purchased my exhaust, is running 17" wheels, 60 aspect tires, and F2 front forks and my exhaust is too low for his bike. It will scrape the ground when you take a right turn. Apparently his bike is 1 7/8'' lower than a stock bike. Just a heads up I don't want you to run into the same problem! Please check clearances before running the bike, and msg me if you need any assistance.
