I don't know which way on 6 your heading, but turning south on 62 in the Warren area is nice and twisty. On 62, you'll hit a town called Tidioute. Tidioute used to have a couple places to eat. There's plenty of nice roads through the Allegheny national forest with camping and lodging. |

Yes i did see that route #62 from Buffalo..that would be a good start point. Would love to ride through the Allegheny forest. Fuel every 100 miles is important as my FZ1 is a bit thirsty. From 62 we will be heading toward new york.. not sure if we make it that far but that would be the direction we head. Route 6 seems like a great road as a main route but there must be tons of back roads just off of 6 for day rides, then back to 6 to the next stop...not sure if it will be tough finding hotels for the night as we may not have a solid plan. should be a 4-6 day ride round trip from Toronto if that helps.... i checked out this link...looks like great info.

#666 looks like a nice run to sheffield... |

We usually camp outside of Warren, a place called Hearts content campground. There are hotels in Warren though as it's the biggest city in that area, using the word "biggest" loosely of course. Even better could be the bed and breakfasts in the area, you've seen the movie ground hog day I'd bet . |

The best ride in that general area but more to the east is Pine Creek Gorge also called the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. If it is not out of your way, you will be glad you visited it. |

I pulled into Tidioute a few years ago (one of the guys I was riding to Eldora Speedway with knew of a bar there that has Guinness) and a married couple were there on F-bikes. She was on his original 900F and he was on an 1100. Chatted a while then we rode off together a while. Kinda weird watching them ride without helmets! |

Ed, sounds like you might get lost in PA. You'd be better off coming to West Dover, VT and riding with the best group of guys you will ever meet.
Cheers!

Ed if your in the Allegheny forest you definitely have to do the Devils Highway (RT 666) there's a little general store at the end but I don't remember if they have gas or not. Oh and don't miss Kinzua Bridge, its a must see and a very interesting story.

Don't go too far west or you'll run into Ohio |
