I know this is not the CBX world, but I know many of you own CBXs as well as F's. I have this replacement fuse block for the CBX:
Like the one I have made for the F bikes, this replaces the glass fuses with modern blade-type fuses and adds a fifth, fuse-protected circuit for accessories. Hopefully, it is a simple plug and play installation.
I made this using a stock CBX fuse block so it should fit, but I have no CBX to try it out in. So, I would love some help checking it out, and I'll send it free for keeps to any forum member who owns a CBX with a stock upper triple tree where the fuse block installs and who will commit to: installing it right away, and commenting back to me on whether it fits, what modifications would be needed or recommended, whether the stock screws are long enough, whether the wires are long enough, and any other comments you care to make.
Send me a PM if you are interested, and thanks for your help. |

Another very cool upgrade, thanks to the efforts of our resident electronics genious, Mr. Smick! I hope the CBX guys jump on this and buy lots of them. Keep these goodies coming, Peter! |

This also works in most non-US 750f, 900f, or 1100f bikes as well (any that use clipon handlebars use this style fuse holder). |
