What year did the forum start?
I joined an F forum I think in the mid to late nineties. Seems like it got hacked with porn a lot.
Maybe it was the same forum?? |

It turned 13 last week. It was originally a single threaded message board who's owner was giving it up. I took it over, and registered it with "real" domain name and used this software.
The Custom site started some time later.
Not a lot of hacks, some crashes along the way. That's why some of the earliest messages are missing but most are still there. Likewise there are a few original members kicking around. |

I think it was 2003. I figure that from using the search engine...
Forums in general were hit and miss before that. Decent forum hosting was altogether different then. I was reading computer building forums around that time, and was on BBSs before that.
I had some of the first widely available DSL in L.A. in the later 90s... it required a separate dedicated phone line with all the EQ and stuff removed, and was SDSL, not ADSL like became popular that was piggybacked on POTS lines. It was better than ADSL for throughput and was 384x384. It was provisioned by Covad on Pacific Telephone lines. |

I used to post some so pics but it seems peeps are more interested in arguing now than looking a pair of glorious globes. That's a shame as well.

Don't forget TonyCR, he had a great nose for sniffing out spectacular porn filled with the most exquisite women. He used to post regularly in CTDY. Britni was the Patron Saint of CTDY.
