Tank Painting in New York or Elsewhere

I'd like to get the tank on my '81 750F build painted by a professional. I think with enough prep, I could get a decent finish with a rattle can(s) but, given how much time and energy I've invested in this project already, I think the ol' girl deserves some professional attention. Anybody know a good place to get some painting done in NYC/Long Island/NJ? Google searches are bringing up a lot of bikini-clad women squatting on shovelhead tanks- not the look I'm going for when I roll up to to visit Mom...

I did it myself but I put a lot of work into it. It's a bitch but you can get a professional look if you're willing to put the time and energy into it. I used Spray2max 2K epoxy primer, followed by Spray 2 Max 2K Hot rod satin black and then about four-five coats of 2k high gloss clear. I wet sand between coats and then do a final wet sand and polish on the clear. It's all spray can and cost me about $100. I tried to find some auto shops here in Sunnyside Queens to do it but no one seemed interested in painting a motorcycle tank. I would probably yelp it if you don't want to be bothered. Good luck. If you do decide to paint it I can give you some pointers that will take some guess work out of it.
