Just wondering what is being used to dress up an engine. It will be a non-stock build so open to anything that looks great and isn't titanium. Smile

I found a kit of polished stainless steel bolts from AlloyBoltz, any others out there?

I actually purchased these bolts recently, and have them still in the packaging. I can take pics if interested, but they look great and are well packaged. Everything is labeled in it's own pouch.

Try, Pro Bolt I have bought from them a few times they have an infinite selection for all makes and models. Their website is fairly easy to navigate.

I've had these bookmarked for a while now, good price I think. Glad someone has actually bought them.

Pro Bolt web site is very nice but they have every Honda listed but ours. Crying or Very sad

I'll email them and ask but what is opinion on using aluminum bolts? They seem to have a full lineup of SS, aluminum, and titanium bolts.

If you use aluminum bolts into aluminum threads you'll never get it out again. Works better than loctite!

Use copper anti-seize. Never had a problem if you it.

I use these ...

Inox Fasteners UK

... enlarge the picture. They are similar to the standard case bolts, but in stainless, so better than the zinc plated (they go dull grey) and better than the chrome (they rust eventually) as they take a shine and don't go dull. Just use copper grease when fitting.

Regards,

Max

Hey Sillygoose, thanks for posting, that's a nice kit at a great price.

Cyclebolts.com used to be a good source but looks like they're not around anymore.
