From cb1100forum, this pic was posted. Supposedly Motorcyclist Magazine customized a 2013 CB1100
to make it look like a Spencer replica. The only similarities to a CB 1100 I can see are the engine and perhaps the fuel tank.
They are to give it away later. Very Happy

It is nice looking, but the side covers leave a lot to be desired, sort of cobble together.

The left side cover/tank seam looks good in the first pic but the right side in the last pic looks lumpy.
Overall looks good to me.

According to Charity Navigator (which I know nothing about either), Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation looks pretty ok.

I think I'll buy a ticket....

I bought 5. If I win, I'll have to come up with about $700. for tax and whatever.

For what it is worth.

I assure you that the Ride For Kids/ Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation is a great charity. It is American Honda's chosen charity, and they donate a new Honda motorcycle to be given away at 36 National Ride for Kids events, all over the United Sates for 2014.

They have been doing special bikes like this for the last few years selling tickets online and at the IMS shows.

I got involved over 20 years ago because the charity involved kids with brain tumors, another form of cancer, and motorcycles.

The other reason is that I saw how important it is that the expenses to put on one of the events, is kept to a minimum and/or covered by sponsors, so that the largest percentage of the funds raised, goes to fight the cause and cure of pediatric brain tumors. This is what you see on charity navigator. Volunteers put on the event and are not paid, except for the smiles on the kids faces, which are priceless.

Very Happy
