What more can I Do?

This CL ad is 8 miles from my home.I have replied 6 times today w/ no answer.I want it and have spent half the day driving around the little village and out skirts.I know this area well.It just Pisses me off when people run the ads and do not include their dam phone number.

I can identify with your frustration. Why people post ads and then don't respond to inquiries is beyond me. The same people don't take their ad down after the item is sold, which is also frustrating and annoying.

Hopefully you'll get a response today.

I just went through this with a set of speakers on CL, nothing in the contact pull down menu, I ended up putting up an ad asking for the seller of said speakers to contact me, a day later the ad was deleted from CL, hope you have better luck.

Sometimes people work in a situation where they can't get to their email or use a phone on the job. Or he really doesn't wan to sell very bad.

Over a year ago I posted a "Wanted" ad on CL looking for a retired Honda mechanic to see if he'd be willing to sell some of his tools. A few days later I got a response from a guy. He said he had what I was looking for and also had a bunch of NOS parts to sell. He included a picture of a room with a long rack full of NOS boxes in the original Honda boxes. I wrote back to him right away and included my phone number, email address, contact info, etc. He never responded. I emailed him several times over the next couple of months without luck. I'll always wonder what happened with that one...

There are companies creating e-mailing lists that are paying for valid email addresses.

I think the ad is legit.I called my buddy who lives in this town and he said he thought it was sitting by the convient store at center of town forsale a couple weeks before.He was not positive it was the same but he said maybe.

I am going back over to store later today.
