It is a good sign that Dave wants to rebuild his bike.

I have quite a few odds and ends and bolts and other pieces, I would be willing to give as well.

Dave

Glad to see he's on the road to recovery.
I have the forks (and tripples, wheel, etc.) to donate if he wants them. Let me know.

Hang tough Dave. They say as you heal you get stronger but it takes a while. Bikes can always be replaced. Glad to hear you will one day soon be able to put yours back together. Best wishes and prayers for a quick recovery!

Dave you took a real beating and hope that you recover fast.

Glad to see all the support here for a brother F'er.

Dave, wishing you all the best and remember when the 90lb little therapist is making you sweat and swear that she's helping you get back on the road.

Will lift him up -- cuz these posts about his injuries, the chronology of comments, I can hardly imagine; wow, prayers for continued healing and recovery, for sure. Wish Words of Good Wishes had even more power.

PS I'm wondering about the "Matt" referenced above. Is that Matt from PSB and his "blue 1100f" that was delivered "a few years back"? Am I on the right track in thinking it could be my Matt ? Need to re-read the comment, not sure I understand what I read ~ If it's not Matt from Montana, never mind. [Matt's been on my mind. This morning, I woke up thinking about his accident, something I've not done for a while. But Missoula just this week lost another rider, a guy in his early 30s, so....]

I'm sorry to be reading news of accidents, but we all know the joy of the ride and the risks....

And if Dave is talking about needed motorcycle parts, well.... Hope Abideth Smile That's a praise report.

Thanks for sharing the details.

Hi Glenda
The Matt I was referring to in my earlier post is my good friend and "blitzcanuck" on this site. He sold his blue 1100F to Dave.

Thanks John ! Thought it would be a weird coincidence. Glad to know our fellow rider is on the mend and has motorcycles on the mind. Smile
