I just spent an hour reading/searching on wheel bearings and front suspension on the 1100. Anyone working on a Wiki on the Supersports? |

What I was trying to say is it would be nice to have a module with topics by category ( such as suspension repair/replacement, valve adjustment, starter clutch rebuild) which could be edited somewhat like Wikipedia is... |

A list of common places to get parts would be nice as well. I'm in the middle of a bunch of repairs on mine and I'm still figuring out what places/sites carry parts. Haven't had very good luck with brick and mortar places, most parts I found on ebay or various other online stores. |

Search function works every time if you follow the instructions on how to use it >>> http://www.cb1100f.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=search
Technical documents for service manuals and other helpful items are here >>> http://www.cb1100f.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=9
Parts Fiche >>> http://www.cmsnl.com/honda-motorcycles_model2/ ....... and then call Honda. Many times Honda will have stuff that is cheaper than EBay or aftermarket. You will be surprised as to what they still have.
and then of course you can post a question here once you have exhausted the above ......
Really, what else do you need? |

Create a thread, perhaps this one, it already has the apt name, make the first post the index (Then only you and I guess Glenn could edit it), break it down by category (valves, brakes, electrical), then sub-categories (breaks - rebuild, brakes - Bleeding), then list all of the threads (with links) that fit the category/sub-category. I bet others might jump in and add to it. You might even get that coveted "Friend of the Board" listed by your name. |

I use many forums that have something like this and it's nice to be able to quickly referenece something without wading through a bunch of search results especially if it something that's a commonly used word, clutch, brakes, carbs, etc.
Here's an example off another forum

Let's ask for direct download of photos FIRST then, go for a Wiki.
We tried a Wiki on the CBX World site, went nowhere due to lack of interest. |

I agree with you. it is a great idea, and it would be great to be able to have all of that information sorted out at ready access. I just do not think that it falls onto Glenn to create it, all of the info is here, if you want it, build it, and they will come. |
