Nick40 and his lovely wife just left my house after a really nice visit. He came up to buy all of my 750 and 900 parts. Anyway this is what he's taking back to Texas.

Hey people !1Yeah we did make th trek and had a great time! Met up with several of the group and let me tell you all are just fantastic and super people I would like to publicly Thank (MY FRIEND) Tattoo and his wife for thier hospistality and hard work (we partied everyday with ALL the trimmings).Tattoo is a brilliant and thoughtful man and his wife is equally caring(they made us feel like family as we had known each other all our lives.I learned alot from him in the short time of our stay.Tedly and his wife Gretchen came over (she is a pistol)wonderful people.Tedly thanks for letting me see someone who is truly emphatuated with the 1100F, your enthusasm and attention the smallest detail has given me a new inspiration and vigor to the build I am going to embark upon (though) I am sure it will never meet your high standards ( i know out of politeness you will never have negative input).I met with djhurat(david) also his brother very nice gentlemen both quite into to motorcycle scene with full riding gear for a late afternoon ride, was truly a pleasure to put names and paragraphs/sentences with the actual person they came from.Never really imagined this simple forum makin us all friends and familiar sight unseen. There were more people we met all of them made us feel very comfortable Very Happy 2200 miles in four days complete with visitation time, though not much, regretably.Still got quite a load to put up and I am going to take a nap now.A GREAT BIG TEXAS SIZE THANKS TO TATTOO AND ALL THE OTHERS who made this (vacation) special!!! beerchug

It was nice to meet you, wish we could have stay longer, but the headlight on the tard put out about as much light as a mini-mag light with oe battery missing.

Good luck with your build,
david

next time Vicki and I are in Houston (have friends in Springs) we will have to look you up

Nick we really enjoyed you and your wifes visit. Looking forward to the next time. You are a real true friend. Not plastic like many are today. Very Happy Tattoo
