Congrats-I have two, It is great being a GD, you get to do what ever and then send them home.
The best thing is when they spend the night, Make sure you get to see her face when she wakes up, It is Priceless!!!!!

Congratulations gentlemen, Grandbabies are great (especially granddaughters! I just love little girls), see the meet the F'rs thread for a pic of two of my grandkids (we have 6 total, 4 surviving, 2 boys and 2 girls). Love em to pieces, they're the best! |

Congrats!!!
I always love the names that grandparents get like, Papa, Poppy, Grand Dad. My nephew's call my Mom Mimi. What is your pleasure, or do the grandkids decide what the name is going to be? Again Congrats. What a Christmas present. |

A granddaughter for Christmas? Damn, a turkey is too much for me. How many leftovers did ya have to freeze?
Oohhh..never mind.
Seriously, Atomic, congratulations. TMB had her 1st grandchild the day before my birthday this year, soon to be a year old. She was overjoyed. Called me to make sure I'd take a camera when I went to see the daughter & kid Christmas, as if I'd forget.
Enjoy! Remember, I understand that the best part (once they're a little older) is that you can get 'em all wired on sugar & them send 'em home with the parents! Revenge is a dish best served cold. TB |

I'm Grampy, pretty boring, I know, but it's so darn cool to be Grampy.
My sisters son called my mother "Reema", and now she'll be Reema forever! |

Thanks for all the congrats. Wisconson f, congrats to you too. Ally was also a premee. Very tiny but had a strong heart. Took two years for her hair to start growing, and 21 years later she is a mom. we have become a generation older. Will try to get pics up soon. It's a very exciting time around here. Baby sitting tomorrow while my wife takes Ally to the doc's for a check up. She lost some blood during delievery. Hope I remember how to change a diaper. Maybe there is some info in the technical and owner's manual forum. Tedly, those are a couple a cute looking kids.
You guys are the best.

Yep, Congrats. It's amazing ain't it.
I've had two ladies who have kids. I have none of my own.
I am truly blessed as you. I was able to give them stability
that their natural father's did not.
I now have 8 grandchildren. God bless'em they did know how
to do something.
The greatest thing that has ever happened to me that I never expected
was giving two of my grandchildren real music instruments to play not just
those starter instruments, another several of them got surfboards, and
finally I gave three of them those electric motorcycles. All of the things
that truly mean something to me.
You have never seen anythiing or felt anything if you are like me to see
the smile and bright eyes of a grandchild in his gear(fullface helmet,
jeans, gloves gear) on his own ride.
It made a lot of things absolutely worth it.
Enjoy |

Thanks Biker Dave. Putting a smile on thier faces is what it is all about. Just got back from a snowmobile ride with my 18 yr. old Daughter and my 12yr old Nephew. they both wanted to know if I was going to get Julia a mini pro x polaris. I think I'll wait a couple years. It is great when the kids share the same passion as we do.
Happy new year
