Yeah, but remember your disadvantage is that your best set of twisties is the entrance to Wal-Mart.
I've rode to work pretty much everyday for the last week and a half. I work 2nd shift and the other night when I got off it was 26 degrees in the hollow I go through. Of course I'll admit, I'm hiding behind a freakin' small barn door on the Wing, but......
The OMT got put away last weekend, (back tire has a small problem with hooking up when it gets in the 50's ), but with the Wing I go until it snows, then I'm done for the year |

This is today 11/19/09 with the Cape Cod canal in the background.
Nice and warm when the sun was up but got a little nippy around sunset.
I'll ride until Thanksgiving this year!

Big Dave!
How are you?
Bob with the silver 900f. ( and new red 11)
You took me on some nice twisties around your area during the VJM meet at White Rose the other year.
I've been enjoying the 1100 and the unusual nice weather we've been having.
Took a ride up along the Delaware on the Jersey side almost up to the NY line the other week. put a few hundred on the 11 so far.
Hope to bring it to the VJM show in August so you can show me some more of the country side down your way.
or maybe even take a ride down your way first thaw.

Hi Bob!!
Great to hear you're on the site. Did you ever find a better set of OEM pipes for that 1100F? Hope she's everything you hoped for, buddy.
I see you got classic tags on her. That's not easy, good for you!!
Always happy to show/share some of my fav local roads to anyone, so make sure you give me a heads up next time your in my area, via PM or an email. Want to make sure I'm availiable!!
Take care, be safe and enjoy!! |

I headed for the same road I found the other week, but I just wasn't able to hustle through the twisties as fast, and the sound echoing off the trees and rocks was completely different.....
I was going to take a bike, but my dog gave me that 'I want to go too look'. I caved and took a car instead so she could come along for the ride. It's all her fault. |

She's a beauty, Pete!!
Told the wife I was running out to get a case of beer and lo-and-behold I put 65 miles on the Wing!
I hate when that happens!! |

Went out for a final ride on Sunday. I've been a ghost on the site and even more so with my bikes. I ran seafoam through the tanks, unhooked batteries, and covered them up til the spring.
Sad. |

I too took off for a quick ride down to Cabelas Sunday and 4 hours and 125 miles later I pulled back into the drive way. Not as many bikes out as I thought but still quite a few. Car looks great Pete. |
