Will the best deals be found before Christmas or will there be better deals up through February?

Right now is the best time to buy a bike. Tedly and I have discussed this a good bit. He has bought three bikes in November and has got great deals every time. Tattoo

+1, I just bought my 1100 (although my timing was determined by Soccer Season, and my wifes approval of saving my Refereeing fees to fund it). Good luck!

are you talking new or new old stock or vintage bikes? For new/ new old stock it won't get any better than right now. some amazing deals out there. For vintage, I think it depends on the bike - some there is very little interest anytime of year and not much price change. For really nice examples people who want them will spend regardless of season.

What is a new old stock bike?
I sale and buy Vintage Harleys and have for years. Even rare parts and bikes won't bring good money right before Christmas and tax time is coming up also. Never have and never will. Laughing Tattoo

A new bike that is still on the showroom floor. Dealers don't want carryover models from the prior year so they tend to discount them heavily to clear them.

That's just a new bike to me if it has never been sold or last years model. What do you call a vintage part that's still in the box new? Like the stuff you find and post on the forum? To me that's new old stock. Tattoo

By no means would I not buy something over $100.00. Buy Tedly has saved $1000.00 buying this time of year. Tattoo

Anytime you've got the money is the best time to buy a bike.
What is it, Midnight? Will she steal it from you if she sees it? That's probably what'd happen with Kristen--she want me to buy one for her.
For those who are interested, Florida is still there, or was when I left yesterday morning. I'll go New Year's & check, just to make sure it doesn't run off or anything. TB
