I wish to make sincere apologies to some members of this site.I have trying to do a total rebiuld on my '81 900f(Satans Son)and have been in contact with these members for parts. The problem is with two deaths in the family fairly close together and my wife of work on a disability my finances for parts have come to a screaming halt.I am sorry for any inconvenience that this might of caused anyone.I still have my bike, though in a thousand pieces, and waiting on cash and some parts to be put back together again.I feel bad this has happened and I don't want to be branded a user or schemer.

Cheers

Col.

Hi Col,
I'm sorry to hear of your bad run. I hope things improve for you.
People understand that things change and for most of us the bikes are only a hobby. My family always come before the F's.
Regards
Jeff

While it is apart, grab a rag and clean clean clean. That way you will still be doing something. The bike can wait and will be there when things are better. Good luck!

Thanks to all.I went away with the wife over the weekend to a country music festival in Gympie Queensland. We had the best time just Her and Me with about 30,000 other drunken idiots. Was good to get away and just relax and not worry about life as such. Now we are refreshed and can get on with it.I can now start looking at the bike again and see about getting what parts and repairs I need to get done so We can enjoy her again.

Cheers

Hi Col,
Hang in there. I know what its like, Ive now got my 900 ready for rego. She's been serviced from top to bottom has new tyres and looks almost like new.
Ive just got to come up with the N.S.W. government ransom money that is required for rego.
I take hart that even if I cant afford it, If I wait 2 years I can join the local vintage club and get cheap rego, even if it is restricted to "club" usage.

Yes she will see the road again, even If i have to wait.

If your ever on the south coast of N.S.W. we should catch up.
And now that there is more than a handful of Ozzy members. It would inspire my efforts towards rego if there was an annual Ozzy ride or two, in my case especially if they were east coast orientated.
Dean.

Having some Ozzy support and having some fun rides/get togethers will help our cause on this side of the pond from the rest of the world. There seems to be enough of us to maybe do a meet up some where ,Like Phillip Island,Eastern Creek or some other bike race meets.

Cheers
