His books on CBX charging system and ignitions also cover the DOHC 750, 900, & 1100 per his descriptions.

Thanks I really wasn't trying to put in a plug. I just have sold a lot of the DOHC carb book in the last few weeks to folks who say they were referred by other folks on this forum. Thanks again. And yes, the charging system on the CBX is identical to that on the DOHC four. The only difference is how the field coil is mounted. The operation, the tests, and the failure modes are the same.
