Thanks Izzy! Love the the embroidered idea! If they can go that route on a T I'd prefer that as well. Are you going to be riding your new bike for this ride? |

I am now going to contact the supplier and see if I can get a thumbs up on the graphics Andy created. I will then figure out pricing for denim and T shirts and take orders so please hold off telling me what you want until I have it all figured out.
And yes Larry I hope to be riding your bike, um, I mean my new bike to Killington! Looking forward to it.

Hey everyone,
The vendor tells me the graphic looks fine for embroidering.
So I am ready to assemble an order for long sleeve denim shirts and blue (color is called denim) T shirts.
The prices are as follows
Denim Shirts $20 for S, M, L, $22 for XL, $23 for XXL, $24 for XXXL, and $26 for XXXXL
T-Shirts $14 for S, M, L, XL, $16 for XXL, and $18 for for XXXL (sorry no 4X)
There is also a $40 setup fee we will split by number of people ordering (not per shirt).
I am guessing the setup fee will be $5 or less per person, but that is just a guess.
Both shirts will get embroidered above the pocket or where the pocket would be with
Spring Ride 2009

Killington, VT
So if you want a shirt, go to the following url
http://www.mystudiosoftware.com/nesr2009shirts
This is a little web application I wrote to help me keep track of the shirt orders.
You will need to register/signin with your email address, a password you make up, and select the sizes and qty's of shirts you want. Until I lock the order you can signin and change your sizes/qtys.
I will collect orders till ??? (we'll have to decide on on a cutoff date) then I'll put the order in. Once I put the order in, the vendor will create a sample of the embroidering for approval before running the order. When I get the sample, I'll post it.
Thanks,
-Izzy

33 total that are a go that includes all invites and 2 up riders and 11 are Maybe's
I have just called the Red Roof Inn and the new contact name there is Roger, Sara is no longer with them. All 10 rooms are now booked and I have reserved another 5 on top of the 4 extra for a total of 9 more rooms. Unfortunately these rooms will be scattered between the second and third floor but all will be in the same building on the same side.
I have also put my name on the contact list (Emil Miranda) for our group. I would suggest booking your rooms ASAP. Roger told me that if we needed anymore rooms they would more than likely be in another building.
Please remember to let me know when you book the room and who you will be bunking with.
Thanks in advance
Emil |
