PETE, did you get a definate room rate? I don`t know if I`ll be able to make this one, my left hand is not cooperating with my rehab but I just might take the car up for the festivities.

Sorry to here that Dana, we would love to see you there even if just for the "after" party, but lets hope the rehab picks up! The room rate is $65 per night.

Saw a t-shirt at a local custom shop...

"Ya, I trailered mine, and your bug-spattered, sunburned, road-grimy, tired-assed opinion would be?"

You may not be alone Dana! I just booked my room w/ Toddk, it remains to be seen if I actually ride though. Still, hanging with this group will better therapy then anything available in a hospital setting. Wink Hope we see you there! Cool

Would anyone be interested in shirts?

I did a little research and found the following for around $20 per shirt up to a size XL or about $25 per shirt for 2x to 4x sizes. What I'm talking about are long sleeve blue denim shirts with a pocket that would have something embroidered above the pocket.

If you guys are interested, I will coordinate the effort, put the order together and bring the shirts the weekend of the ride.

I was thinking the embroidery would say something like

NE Spring Ride 2009
{silouhette of a bike}
Killington, VT

What do y'all think?

OK, so based on initial responses we are going to order shirts.

Before I take orders, I need help with the graphic. It is going to be embroidered so not much detail is needed, just something that looks like a 900F ... oh, ok or an 1100F Smile

Does anyone have an image that will work?

I'll take two XL's (one to wear, and one for the future, after I wear out the first one... Wink ), and a Medium for the wife (hey, she'll be there in spirit, eh?).

Dude, you can use the pic of my bike for the graphic, (just kidding). The 1100 at the top of the page rocks! Someday I'll get one just like it (or maybe the faster blue)!

Step back, let the flaming begin!

Hey Fster,

I was going to keep it simple, but for you ... I'm gonna find a T-Shirt we can do also Smile As soon as I have a graphic we can use I'll post the prices and options and take a final count before placing an order.

Sorry lads, been up to my neck in it workwise.

So, without anything too complicated, here's a mono 11F, as per top left of our pages.

I can supply it to you as an Illustrator .ai or .eps file format as well as .pdf or .jpg or .tif (best repro is from the Illustrator formats).

Hope its what you were after?

Image

Confused Wink

PS Don't get too carried away with detailings fellas… its a teeshirt graphic not a microfiche drawing… and I kept it mono so there wouldn't be any red / blue arguments.

BTW, I heard the b&w bikes are really the fastest anyway Wink
