I am a big model builder and would love to put one together, but that is a bit steep for me. Crying or Very sad I know Tamiya makes or used to make CB models. I tried to order a 750F with four to one pipe but he showed no listings.

Tamiya makes some great 1/6 scale kits. CB750F, CB1100R, & CB750F engine only. Their 1/12th kits are also good, CB750F, CB750F modified (with header, oil cooler & dry clutch), CB900F2, and CB1100R.

You can find them if you look around. Some hobby shops have them even if they are old stock. I also see them on e-bay...

I have all these kits except the engine kit. Some day maybe when I'm too old to wrench on the real thing I will build them...

Aerostich has a 1/3 scale CB750 SOHC model with a battery powered motor to run the internals for $38.

I've been building models since grade 1. Mostly aircraft (I'm an Airforce Brat, also). Only bike I've built was a model of the "Fat Bob" Harley which somewhat models my 83 Low Rider that now sits in the garage. Cool Still doing the airplane thing, both plastic and control line flying stunt models made of balsawood,..but have little time to build either type. With my wife and I both working shift Sad the kids come first in all things free time related. Confused I do know that the LHS (local hobby shop) has a CB 750 F kit on the shelf as I type. MiniCraft boxing I believe. He has also had the Taymia boxing of a tricked out "F" model at one time or another. This one sported aftermarket shocks on the rear, header exhaust system, and a few other mods. I don't seem to build the bike models,..I'd rather ride the real thing Very Happy

I found 2 large scale 750 & 900F models while at a local hobby shop today getting ignitors. They look to be old, 2 inches of dust on the boxes. They were a odd brand that looked like Japanese on the logo but the box text was english. They were closing so I only looked at them for a minute.
I am going back again to see the prices and year of release. Not really into models but it might be somthing to remind me of riding this winter, and my kid likes to build or destroye things.
