Ray, I know after the CBR wheel swap you went with an R6 fender, what year did you use?
What have other used?

I would never put a piece of Yamaha shit  on one of my HONDA masterpieces, it was Kawi fenders from the EX500 and the year was around 2000 or older if my memory serves me correctl, maybe 98 or something
Now I have only Honda parts touching my bikes because the sacralidge was too much for my feeble mind to cope with.  |

I used a fender from a honda cb1 400. Any fender that was used with a 16" front will work well. Mid-late '80s started that. There are plenty. If you go ebay just type in front fender, then "nearest to you". You might get something you can actually drive over and check out. Mine ended up being the right shade of blue for my silver 900. I just taped off the middle and sprayed the rest silver. A couple of cheap pepboys pin stripes to finish off my tape job and she looks box stock. I too have qualms about putting other brand parts on my bikes but that may change on my 1100. You'll find one easy enough. Most hondas also had the exact same spacing between their forks so it makes it easier too. |

Yikes! How may I repent my sins againt you Ray. 
Larry I guess that is the real info I needed as to what would work. I guess i can always go after a Hurricane or CBR fender. Black it must be...or MAACO will make it black for me. |

I think fenders look good black no matter the color of the bike.  |

Following the lead of one of our Dutch members, I installed a 2003 R6 fender. it looks great! |

I used a R6 fender also. I couldn't find anything cheaper on Ebay. |
