It pays to know how to list things on Ebay. here is a good example of how not to do it.

1979 honda cb750 f spedometer tachometer cluster (230046035740)

I just got this 150mph speedometer complete with tachometer and idiot lights.

$28.52 + shipping.

Anyone interested in a 150mph speedo with a broken needle? I won't be needing it anymore. No resonable offer refused Very Happy

The one with the broken needle is red numbers. But the face is kinda faded. I am sure that is what contributed to the broken needle. I will take a pic of it tomorrow.

This topic came up awhile back and I posted this link then.

Here's a website that helps take advantage of careless sellers who don't pay attention to detail:

That seller's dreaming if he thinks he'll get the $4K BIN for all that stuff. The RB alt cover is the only thing in there that has any real value. Rolling Eyes

That is kind of how I got my NOS 150 mph speedo for a $100. It was just listed as a CB speedo and the picture was quite dark. I downloaded the picture and brightened it up to see that it was a 150mph speedo. Not a single other bidder went for it.
