It pays to know how to list things on Ebay. here is a good example of how not to do it.
1979 honda cb750 f spedometer tachometer cluster (230046035740)
I just got this 150mph speedometer complete with tachometer and idiot lights.
$28.52 + shipping.
Anyone interested in a 150mph speedo with a broken needle? I won't be needing it anymore. No resonable offer refused |

The one with the broken needle is red numbers. But the face is kinda faded. I am sure that is what contributed to the broken needle. I will take a pic of it tomorrow. |

This topic came up awhile back and I posted this link then.
Here's a website that helps take advantage of careless sellers who don't pay attention to detail:

better yet is when the seller does not know what he has. i always check ebay when i get up and today scored a set of 1100f euro footrest plates and pegs ( no brake pedal, shifteror pivot ) for 80.00us the seller had the 39.99 buy it now on each side .he was also selling a us spec side for 49.99 us. i am putting a set of euro lattice style footrests on ebay myself

Ahhh. So you're the one that beat me on that speedo. Glad it went to someone on the site.
In my short time home between double shifts this week, I forgot to up my bid. Enjoy. |

That seller's dreaming if he thinks he'll get the $4K BIN for all that stuff. The RB alt cover is the only thing in there that has any real value. |

He's on another plannet
He told me that the Tank was the only one left in the world and that it alone was worth the BIN . I just went along with the gag |

Sadly there is one bit that I need and thats the points cover side as mine is crap, but can't justify silly prices!

That is kind of how I got my NOS 150 mph speedo for a $100. It was just listed as a CB speedo and the picture was quite dark. I downloaded the picture and brightened it up to see that it was a 150mph speedo. Not a single other bidder went for it. |
