I just found this thread. I live in Brisbane and picked up an '82 750F about 3 months ago. It's been over 20 years since the last bike (Suzuki GT 250 X7). When my two offspring got machines ('77 CB 750 K7; '95 Yamaha Virago 250), it was time for Dad to join in.
I'd love to meet up with any other owners.

Hi Guys,
I got a Honda 50cc When I was 4. and I've been on em ever since. I had to stop riding my CBR 1000F briefly six years ago because I was pregnant with twins and couldn't reach the handle bars.
I've just aquired a 1981 CB900F thats been in a mates shed under blankets for 8 years. Gonna have a go at restoring it. My regular ride is a 1998 Honda CBR 1000. (Great ladies bike) Also have a Kwaka Z1300. Bit heavy round town though.
I live on the Gold Coast but I work in Bris, Syd, Melb, Perth, Darwin, Tazzie, Newcastle, Townsville, NZ and USA.
I rented a Harley last trip to the USA (Couldn't find a Honda to rent) Not impressed
Cheers
