| You can check clearance at TDC but be careful opening valves to replace the shim when piston is at TDC. The valves can easily hit the piston crown. |

| Epoxy appliance paint is almost as good as powder coat. It is really tough and not brittle. Really hard to chip or scratch. |

| these are easy to find. 900/1100 come with chrome steel collars but 750 (and 1100R) came with aluminum. I recommend the aluminum to save weight but you will need to drill them out for the larger 900 ... |
