The collector is different to make a "sidewinder". They only work because it sidewinds up because that is what it needs. It does not work on a streetbike because they lean. On a bike they dr ...

The head wont come off in the frame because the cam chain tensioner is taller t ...

The problem is the starter clutch.

Honda made it weak or tried to use the same design as it had for 30 years.

The problem is one or more of the following.
1) The rollers are flat or have flat s ...

Buy a new set of coils and WIRE ...

You need to make a different length cam chain guide as well. The chain is the same SO it really doesn't matter. Also the head bolts.

The con rods are a different length to make up some of the diffe ...

One fin,or two chain links.

Honda tried to make a bunch of engines and make all the parts not fit.

Is that clear enough?

Just because it is 70mm bore does not mean the rings will fit. Hardest thing is the oil ring but the rings are a certain thickness also.

On 1100 the oil ring is .098 thick and that has not been mad ...

It has to do with rim size. The 750 is 2.15 or WM 3. The 900 is 2.5 wide later 750 used the same rim. The 1100 is 3.00 wide. The bikes using the 2.15 wide rim can only take the 120 wide tire. The 900 ...

The main is large enough. The "release hole" is small for a reason. Someone tried it and it made the master cylinder have a dead travel to work.

I had a 750 once. The carbs have THREE large lift holes in the slides and heavy springs.

900 and 1100 have only two lift holes.

All this makes a difference.
