Ordering has been extended through 12/5. I inadvertently allowed it to close yesterday so it was down for about one day, sorry if you tried to place an order and couldn't, it is open again now.

I extended the ordering period for another week.

@BullittDave - Yeah, February is probably a pretty reasonable time frame expectation. I will certainly keep everyone updated though.
