1981 Honda CB900F

Hi...

I purchased this 1981 CB900F in October, 2000, with 50,650 miles. The previous owner, Les Johnson, was the original owner, and had done a great job of maintaining the bike. No one could believe the bike was almost 20 years when I bought it, which is a testament to Les' attention to the bike.

The bike now has 59,880 miles, and is getting ridden pretty regularly. After purchasing, I replaced a few things that were needing attention, but the bike remains very stock. Les had installed the sport control kit, with superbike bars, which make for a great riding position.

A few months ago I had the bike painted, and put on some custom decals. Other than perhaps a Maier fairing, and a ScottOiler, I don't have too many more plans for this bike, other than to continue riding it whenever I can. I've enjoyed looking at all the photos of the bikes on this web site. Worwood's and Lönn's bikes are probably my favorites, so far.
