I think I have done a good search without finding a good fork bushing kit,including O-rings. for a CB1100F.
Anyone here know of a good kit available please and thanks,
Cliff.

Good to have new bushings on hand when you have the forks apart, but if the oils been changed regularly, you may find you don't need them. Last time I checked, admittedly some time ago, they were still available from Honda.

Edit: Partzilla shows them as still available.

Thanks, I have ordered the bushings at the local Honda dealer. The O-rings for the air suspension are back ordered to February next year. I was hoping to get a kit with everything including the O-rings. I emailed All Balls but no luck there. The manual says to replace them every time the forks are removed but I'll try the old ones when I reassemble everything.
On a side note, the fork that was leaking fluid, the fluid was like new. The other one that was not leaking, the fluid was jet black.

I've never had to replace the O rings. In any case, you can measure them and find replacement from any industrial supply.

Same here - I've rebuilt quite a few sets and never had to replace those.

Thanks guys! I won't worry about the o-rings then. Cliff.
