hi im looking to get some cleaned of a 82 900f .i took them apart once still hesitating if you snap that the throttle quickly. i also cant get the choke springs hooked up right and the tip on the idle jet broke do you have any you can replace it with while you at it. thanks |

These CV carbs all do that...when you "snap the throttle" you are not lifting the slides, you are allowing more air in (via the butterfly's), that helps create the vacuum that then opens the slides...
You can put these bikes (with stock carbs) in a high gear..roll on the gas WFO and wait... |

it sounds like its backfiring a little out of the #1 carb when i open the throttle a little .sprutters then revs up. |

UM, this is a Honda F forum. Did you get lost somewhere on a link?
But any way, to help, remove the radio and take it to the dealer or call them with the serial number. they can provide the code.
