Chat Room

We have Nuke Chat available to us thanks to the goodness of our webmaster. What do you all thinjk about meeting there at say 9 PM EST Thursday evenings? Or just meet at 9PM any evening you are around a computer. We do this on another BB I belong to and it is a great way to get to know each other better and exchange ideas in a more time friendly atmosphere. Post what you think and I will try and be there tonight at 9 PM EST. Hopefully, I will not be alone.

Glenn - in the middle of a 3-way chat last night (Larry, myself and Gary from Austrailia - the chat room crashed.) Is it something we did or just three people typing/entering at the same time causing a myocardial infarction of the system? If we have a "planned" chat room time and multiple people join in - is this going to be a problem like we encountered?

Just wondering?

My guess was just a system glitch or hiccup. I think we should be OK tonight. At least we shall find out.

Beats the hell out of me. I didn't think anyone used it at all. Give it another shot, and let me know. There is really nothing I can do to it, but there are other chat programs I could replace it with.

What time was it? I was trying to back up the database last night, and never got that done since soemthing was funky, maybe related? There is an awful lot of virus activity on the net this week, that might be a factor.

Glenn, we were in the chat room from about 11 to 11:45 EST. That was about when it locked up.

Thats about the time I was screwing around behind the scenes. Very well may be related. I got a weekly back up this evening, so if you guys do try it let me know what happens. If I'm around I'll try and pop in.
