Who knows the original paint decals for the 81 900f
I have searched and find some have the horizontal stripe on the tank,
while others of 81 have the swooped lines that lead into the side cover stripes
i am repainting and want the paint to be acurate..Do the lines change by country of sale??? U.S. vs Canada??

yes, the 81's are straight, the 82's have a"L" shape, and the 83's and 84's (in europe only) had a cb1100f style paint sceme, but with different colors. the europe 81's hade a "fading" straight tank strip. it would be nice if this site had a archive of high quality pictures of EVERY year and color style used on U.S. and europe/UK color schemes
