How many 1100 were made/imported.

I'm getting somewhat fuzzy in the memory but still do OK with the mammories but i think i heard there were only 6k 1100s made or maybe that was imported. Does anybody know for sure what both those nimbers were? Made and imported to the US.

You may want to take a look at the thread on VIN's. I think the high number was in the 7000 range.

An interesting side note, according to the Honda book (the newish white one), the VIN's on the 11f began with 00020, not 00000.

Sorta makes you wonder about those first 19 numbers, assuming they didn't use '0'.
