I was looking around for a genuine CB1100F toolkit and came across this ebay listing: https://ebay.us/KjSzuT

Sounds like a collection of original Honda tools that have been put together to resemble the original toolkit.

Two Questions:

1) For anyone that has a 100% genuine complete toolkit, how close is this ebay listing to what you have?

2) Does anyone have a genuine CB1100F toolkit that they would like to sell?

Thank you.

It is probably what you are going to find. You would pay substantially more for an original in the original bag. It would also be somewhat difficult to substantiate that in fact it was all original as most of these Honda toolkits of this vintage are very similar.

My CB1100F is for sale and it comes with an all original, complete factory toolkit, WITH the tire pressure gauge.

Perhaps an expensive way to get a toolkit, but there it is. Very Happy

Original NOS CB1100 kit would come sealed into the bag with part number 89010-MG5-670 on a little bit of paper.
This is a kit made from current Honda spares to match the original specifications of the kit which came with the bike.
I have a NOS original kit, if I get time I will take a photo and post it here.

I just noticed you are in WA...great, I’m in Brisbane and have a number of GS1000ST contacts in WA. Hopefully I’ll be adding a lovely CB1100F to my garage soon.

Keep checking Ebay. Tool kits in nice shape and all there are expensive. One day a tool kit for my 900F was listed for 26.00. It was in perfect shape and all original. It was just listed that day. I immediately bought it.

So what's an 1100 tool kit worth?

Is there a picture of the whole 1100, 900, and 750 kit's? I might have some but I don't really know what they came from. I know Honda and that's the end of the line.

Peace, Jim

You can't buy the original tool kit as a single item any more but every single item in it is still available to buy new from Honda including the tool bag and the air gauge.

If you buy it all as individual parts it's approx $190.00

Bare in mind these won't show any signs of tarnishing as any tool kit that's been on a bike will.

The original style round dial
air gauge for the 1100f is NLA . The replacement is a tube shaped gauge .

Every day is a school day. I didn't notice the air gauge has been superseded.
That's a bit of a crappy gauge for £26.00 and the scale is pretty much useless for the low pressures needed if you run air in the forks.

My brother found this in his garage recently from the late 80's. He ordered it to replace the one he thought he lost for his 1100f then found his and put this one away.
Says he never even opened it but looks like it is missing some allen keys I've seen in some other pictures.
His bike is long gone so I was happy to take it off his hands and add it to my growing horde, I don't have the pressure gauge in mine.
