Pontiacstogo had posted a tutorial on renewing gauges. He stated that he found hobby paint brushes worked very well and looked OEM.

Those hobby brushes he used are NLA. They were the perfect size too

If you aren't going for 100% stock, you can use needles removed from car gauge clusters. Find the color/style size you want, drill the appropriate size hole in the back of the needle to fit the knurled tip on the Honda pin, a dab of epoxy and away you go.
