She's been Rockin' and Rolling for 40 years. So I cobbled together some a/v gear and made a video to celebrate.
Well I tried anyhow POV from on top of my brake reservoir. Sound from an old Blackberry tablet in my side bag (how is it through a sub?)

That was cool! Great song (RIP Scott Weiland) and the bike sounds good too. I loved the part where the acid kicks in. Reminds me of those old late 60's early 70's videos lol. |

SteveG: Thanks, I've been touching up the VE table since I did the valve clearance last summer--I replaced 12 shims, a few were out of spec, a few were just worn/reused/flipped, one looked like a homemade slug . Now everything is either .004 or .005 and there was an immediate and noticeable improvement throughout the range. It feels like I found 5hp on this ride. (ps. 97,157kms)
1100rus: Thanks, I needed a song to edit to, to cut down from 20 minutes to something more manageable. When the solo kicked-in on a dull section of video, I knew I had to spice it up 2001: A Space Odyssey style, I ain't no Stanley Kubrick, but do have some filters
Rock n' Roll Never Forgets!
Scott was one of the greats, everyone appreciates his vocals, but I think his lyrics stand with best in Rock as well. |
