Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet "grump" who is one of our fellow members. I felt privileged to meet such an old soul, with such a young heart. He still has a great passion for his collection of motorcycles and his shop. Thanks for taking the time to share. |

Agreed, Mike is a good guy and an asset to the site.
How about, it is not an "old" soul.....it is a soul with patina. |

Mike is one of the coolest and nicest F enthusiasts I've ever known and he's a good friend. I've had the good fortune to spend time with him on a couple of our rides and look forward to more. Lucky you! |

+1 on that Darren! I hope to ride with Grump again too. Through this site, I've easily met over 50 of the members on this forum, by attending the Midwest and N.E. rides. All good people with a wealth of knowledge and willingness to help out.
Cheers!

Oh yea. I was behind him on one of the NE rides, trying like hell to keep up with who I'd swore was some hot shot teenager. All I saw was a helmet and a leather jacket on 750 Junior, hanging a cheek over the side carving the curves. Inspiring. |
