After 6 months of taking my time I got the 1100 all back together and she started up and runs great! This is my first rebuild of an engine like this and I am pretty pleased. Thank you to Captain, JJam, Genesound, Wout, Lindy, Headless and anyone else I didn't mention. I am using Captain's A tensioner kit and with the new primary and clutch rubbers there is no noise at all! The bike got new bearings, chains, valve lapping, viton seals, a Cruzinimage 1123 kit and I am about to install one of Cary's starter clutches. Now to just sync the carbs. On the road!

It doesn't suck. I also put time serts throughout the head and used the upgraded cam cap bolts. Runs like a raped ape.
