My 26,000 mile 1100's seat is saggy. Seems the foam underneath the cover is weakening. What is the recommended repair. I believe it is the original cover and all of it is in very good condition it just compresses too much and does not sit right, especially compared to my CBX's seat with only 6000 miles. Thanks

blue is fastest ! remove forward seat cover
staples and pull the cover tighter. using the appropriate
staple gun re-staple the cover, checking the centering
as you go. be sure to use the correct length staples !

Were you happy with Sargent and the new foam? That s really what mine needs. I sit too low in the saddle. Could you please share how much $$$?

Thanks

Try Spencer Seat Mods in Florida. He will not do any seat other than a OEM. Best bet is to call him and talk to him about what you have and what you would like. Very nice work , fast turn around and very inexpencive compared to those big name guys.

I scored a seat with good foam on e-bay. What is the best aftermarket seat cover that looks like OEM? Thanks
