Ha Ha!
Was cleaning out an old closet and found a motorcycle training manual that I had from 1980. Of course I started leafing through it, and found the information to still be relevant (very!) today. Even the part about motorcycle equipment. My heart skipped a little beat when I saw the picture!

Love the groovy lettering:
And I really love the bike used:

I'd like to see someone operate that brake by foot that the arrow is pointing to.
And tires required equipment? really? I had no idea that was so important.
It makes you wonder sometimes at the level of stupidity of humanity.
So, can anyone guess what the cover bike is? |

Wow, that’s clean....is that an old picture or is that the last cx500 in existence that wasn’t cut up by hipster doofus’ into a custom bobber? |

That's a very pretty example. I like how the gauges are integrated into the headlight enclosure. |

that was my first guess but the bump on the tank was throwing me off. thought maybe a Suzi....
Technically it's a CX500D (deluxe)
I remember them well.
the cool thing about working on the CX500's, engines were real easy to get out. |
