I never did any therapy I just got back to doing as much as I could, climbing ladders, up and down stairs, working on the roof was not a good look getting around using a walking stick, but now after 12 months the hip is working perfectly and gives me no problems at all so Terry all the best, it will be much better than before |

Top therapy tip Terry, avoid arse kicking contests and 100 metre sprints for a while.
