Question.

My clutch lever on my CB900F pulls all the way back to the handlebar, How do I adjust it?

*update* I was sailing off Sag Harbor when I typed this post and was looking for a quick answer. I have since sorted the bike and did a full tune up myself this morning****

Also, Im generally friendly and know sometimes ppl dont want to grab the manual and just want a quick answer. So....Ive reproduced the manual page below with instructions

Ive been running around on my CB750 (and my other bikes) after I got a new tank and badge set from Yamiya. The CB900f sat for over a month, but I got back on it today - also, over the past few weeks it was TOO hot in my city to be on that thing, which runs hot anyways. Below is my CB750 which I just put away now that Im back on the 900F.

Come on man... not this again. Please put in some effort. The owners/service manuals are in the technical documents section of this forum. You canít even complain about the search engine, just open the technical docs section and choose the 900f manual... and then read it!

Since posted I've already looked at the manual and fixed it this morning.

Thanks!

I was sailing in Sag Harbor when I wrote that, not on land or near home, and thought I could get a quick answer. Like I said, its sorted.

I hope youre having a great day. I am.

And here it is, this morning in Williamsburg, BK. Did my own minor tune up and she's running great. Spending the weekend at the East Hampton house and will be tooling around on it.

No reason to really. Not much up there but a shit ton traffic - uber and cab drivers, not to mention tourists. Im mostly in LOWER Manhattan, Brooklyn, way upstate (Auburn, Kingston or Harriman State Park, Cold Spring) or the far end of Long Island; Hamptons, Montauk, Sag Harbor.

I also dont ride the CB900F much until fall, though I will use it for the next week. Its a special bike and different from my other 4 so I only ride it in short spurts during which I put a LOT of miles on it. I'll probably put 500 miles on it between tomorrow and next Tuesday.

You should also check the adjustment on the clutch cover
