When I started riding again, I found Specs were fogging up as well as a visor on cold mornings, was a pain in the arse, so I got my eyes lasered, still need specs for reading, but that's how it is when you get old, the laser surgery is brilliant, had the technology been around 20 or 30 years ago, I'd have had it done earlier |

I wear glasses for distance as well. My problem is that I need to take them off to read. This means that if I wear them when riding I cannot read my small dash numbers like km's driven etc so I switched to progressive lenses which fixed the problem.
It takes a day or so to get used to them but yours eyes are smart and they adjust well. |

I must wear glasses all the time and have not seen any other issue but I need to take them off before I take the helmet off. It is alot easier with Nolan N104 which opens. |

Just remember to put your glasses back on and leave them on the back of the seat.
I heard about a guy.....
First time, swinging a leg over knocked them across the garage floor badly scratching a lens.
Second time, forgot them completely only to have them fall off the seat and get crushed by the following car. |

G'day fellas.
I wear glasses full time (90% blind in right eye). I use a cheap Aldi full face with no comfort problems ($10 head = $10 helmet). Putting on/off to get the helmet on/off is a pain but!! I once got 100 yards up the road before realizing the specs weren't on.
The only time I experience trouble is going bush bashing on the XT500. The specs jump about a bit making the world look like a 10 earthquake is happening.
Cheers |

I ditched the glasses and had Lasik done. Best money I've spent. |
