Another quick question, the headers with the springs holding them to the head, is there a mod you have to do to achieve this?? How do the springs attach to the head?? And I guess the studs have to be retained??
I tried to zoom on the pics, looks like a flange mounts on the studs and then the springs extend from that
Also, if there are any members who would like to buy this header system and perhaps the carbon fiber gas tank and suprise me for Christmas I think that would be a very nice gesture on your part |

Sorry, the carbon fiber guy won't be ready to take more orders until February so you'll have to wait. |

Absolutely. That will be one of my next purchase for the 750. The CB1100R replica is now taking all of my attention as well as draining my bank account. |

Hmmm, i saw you put 85 VFR wheels on that beautiful bike. Are those wheels comparable to modern wheels as far as weight? Or are they closer to the older CB wheels? All this effort to make her skinny, i think the wheels are a obvious target for big savings. Anyhoo, just thinking out loud |

The VF1000F2 bommies are about 2lbs lighter per wheel. |

I know your going for the period correct look and all, but boy what a diet some modern black wheels would be
Oh, and I have a way to weigh the punisher so I'll post soon. Very curious |

Show me to someone making carbon fiber boomerangs and I'd be on board. Haha.
Titanium is much better than steel or aluminum in my mind |
