Any Closer?
I'm dealing with the apprehension that these will become available just as I go on vacation (first half of Dec), and the first batch will sell out, and I'll be SOL...
I hope Z3RO has been paying attention to those who have been following along from the beginning. |

All that's left is to make and weld spring tabs.
I received the yoshimura springs today.
I got my instapak foam to test, still waiting on my boxes to arrive so I can start packing.
Don't worry Cliff, i'll save one for ya. |

Haha, Thanks Shawn! Might have to take you up on that offer. Will keep in touch.
Ok ok! I'm currently looking through all my receipts and will add everything up. I will at least know what it actually cost to make this damn thing. Over a 2 year span of a little here and a little there, I lost track of it's actual cost. I can at least post that, even thou that wont' be the final cost. |

I'll update as soon as the spring clips are in, and I'll update again of my packaging process with pics of everything.
Thanks again for sticking with me this far! |

There is no need to apologize for anything. What you've done is a massive undertaking and unless you're in the business manufacturing exhausts full-time - development and manufacturing costs are prohibitive. I assumed that the exhaust would be in the $800-$900 range, so you're ok for me. I'm definitely in for one and depending on timing, I hope to buy two.
IMO, what you've pulled off here is nothing short of amazing. |

Yes, I am in! With the amount of interest here and the quality of your product, I think you will be able to sell all 20.
Regards,
Chris |

Really can't thank you guys enough for the support. I'm speechless. Absolutely humbled by this whole journey with a new respect to any product that gets made.
Will update as soon as I have something new to say. Material arrived, so tabs will be made. My boxes just arrived as well, so I'm going over this weekend to figure out how I'm going to package everything. I'm using InstaPak foam so everything is sealed up tight.

Chris (Z3RO) I won't be able to get in on the first 20 you're making here, but it's a goal of mine to get in on the next batch you have manufactured, if that happens. Hopefully you'll get some cost reduction on the next run and make up any $$ you didn't balance out this time around. Good work, and can't wait to see how these look on an "F" in person. |

Muffler(s) is at the Laser guy, He's going to engrave the side of the can. Will keep everyone posted when I get them back.
It's less than 1'' tall, and 3.5''ish long. I wanted something small, where you'd have to get close to see what it was.
