Thought there might be some interest in these recent (to Oz) magazine articles on a couple of bikes of interest. Feel free to download these and host them here Glenn, if you have the server space?

The first is to the Vince and Hyde amazing beast the appeared in Old Bike Australasia #55:

Vince and Hyde Racing

The second is to local legend Rex Wolfenden's awesome post-classic monster, the T-Rex Racing CB1100R. This appeared in the local Australian Motorcycle News recently.

T-Rex Racing CB1100R (This is a BIG file at about 80MB, but it has more pages than the first one.

enjoy.

Dare I ask...are we opening the door on possible copyright infringement here?

My caution on this topic prevented me from posting them here earlier.

Of course if we have already secured the blessing of the magazine owners, then perhaps we are good to go?

Just puttin' it out there....

Thanks Ian. Are there some pages missing on the T-rex article?

bugger. You're right Don, page 62 is missing. 63 was a full page ad. I'm old and confused Embarassed

Fixed it now, and profuse apologies to all that downloaded the first version.

thanks for spotting that.

I'm leery of posting still in print or recently in print magazines. Even the old ones run the risk but less so.

I'd suspect the publisher would rather sell than give them away. When are these from?

I hate to be a kill-joy, but I agree with your concerns CB1100F. I think it is great that guys are trying to help out by putting this information here, but I believe there may be some copyright infringement by publishing them on your site.

Fair enough Glenn, I can see your point. They were both in recent versions of each magazine, but I doubt (not totally sure?) they are available outside Aus/NZ.

I'll leave them where they are until I'm advised otherwise Wink

cheers
