"I firmly believe that he's in a wondrous place now - pain free, age free, and ethanol free! A place where gasoline never goes bad, carbs never gunk up, charging systems don't fail, tires don't wear out, chains never loosen up, valves don't need adjusting, and paint doesn't fade or scratch. Every day is a perfect riding day and if you don't want to wear leathers or a helmet, you don't have to. A place where speed limits don't exist and the twisties never end... "
Well said Tom, no words from me right now...just tears. RIP Larry!!

Well said, boys. I have a couple of stories, as many of us do. I'll share them in the future, can't do it right now.
Vaya Con Dios, my friend. Ride safely up there! |

No earthly words can convey my feelings.
The Divine Shepherd
A Psalm of David.
23
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters; he restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
I fear no evil for thou art with me,
thy rod and thy staff,
they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
thou anointest my head with oil, my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life;
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. |

I just met Larry at this year's spring ride but we had a blast over that weekend. He was instantly likable and such a nice guy to ride with. I did think he was a little crazy with just a helmet on. I always look forward to seeing everyone on the rides and it's sad to see that he's left us. I'm sure that he'll still be with us though. |

Hail and farewell.
I can think of no greater accolade than that Larry was a top bloke. |

Just seeing this. My condolences to family and friends. Larry had contributed to a lot of my parts needed during my restoration of my 1100F and shared a great amount of knowledge with me. It was not just business as we shared a lot of pms and emails just chatting. Really sorry to hear of this. |

I never met Larry or had any dealings with him. But knowing another brother from this board has passed makes us all a bit sad and we miss his presence here. Wishes of peace and comfort go to all family and friends he left behind. |

It's always with a heavy heart I give guys that special rank. A life cut short is always sad. A life lost of a contemporary is pause for reflection in what we ourselves do and say each day. |

It's ironic his last post was to lament the passing of the ship he served on. |
